She received a B.S. in Health Management from the University of Paris, has two Masters degree and is certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant. She has over ten years of experience and has written many articles about the explosion of clinical research that shows specifically what health benefits individual foods can offer. She worked at the College of Public Health at USF, Tampa for 4 years, and has taught many nutrition and wellness courses both nationally and internationally. She has helped many employers in the Tampa Bay area develop and implement their workplace wellness programs to help educate employees on natural ways to become healthy and reduce their medical expenses. She has worked with the Rubin Health Center located in St Petersburg since January 2010, where they combine customized nutrition with chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga and Pilates to help their patients heal and regain their health without the use of drugs.  Her European upbringing helps Isabelle provide her American audiences an “outside the box” approach to health and wellness.

Isabelle’s mission is simple: Provide her patients and audiences with the education, tools and resources that will help them change their belief system that makes them the victims of their poor health, rather than the pro-actors of their vibrant health. She encourages them to make small, sustainable, realistic behavior changes, adopting a healthier lifestyle, not just for a day, a week or a month, but also for life!
