  7. Level of commitment to wellness personally by owner/manager.

  8. Level of knowledge and openness to alternative health strategies.

  9. Acknowledgement of connection between employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and profitability.

  10. Current caring and trust relationship between employer and employees.
